30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be unworn (for apparel or wearable items).
  • Be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, manuals, and accessories are included. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our inspection.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejection: If your return is rejected because it does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and explain the reason. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect/error. We will work with you to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to initiate the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered from their original condition
